New steps for 2025 below to register online and download print versions of documents that you need to bring to camp.

Step 1: Download Forms
Download necessary forms and complete at home.
Consent Form
Print and complete at home. Please ATTACH completed form to your registration.
Health Form
Print and complete at home. Please ATTACH a copy of your insurance card and camper's vaccination records.
Application OPEN.
Scholarships
If the cost of camp is a concern, partial scholarships are available. Click to complete an application and submit online by 6/1/2024.

You have three options to submit forms:
1. Bring to Camp
Exception: Wakefield forms are due online by 6/1.

You have three options to pay your remaining balance (after $50 deposit):
1. Bring to Camp
Bring your balance due to camp (checks preferred) made out to Wisconsin Congregational Association.

Submit payment for your balance due via PayPal below. Please enter your amount due under 'price per item'
