WCA CAMP STAFF RECOGNITION - Bo Wilkinson
The entire WCA—but especially our campers and their parents, and our camp staffers—are grateful to Bo Wilkinson for roughly a decade and a half of devoted service as a youth ministry volunteer. Hailing from Ozaukee Congregational Church, Bo grew up going to WCA Camp and other WCA youth events. He then went on to serve in the roles of counselor, director, retreat leader, and Youth & Camp Committee Chairperson. He has been a pillar of the camp praise band on both guitar and mic. And, to so many, he has been some combination of mentor, teammate, friend, and fellow pilgrim.
Bo has decided that the July, 2024 WCA Camp was his last, as he now begins a new and exciting chapter in his life, both personally and professionally. The hundreds who have been impacted by his dedicated service certainly wish him well and pray for God's continued blessing upon him. And, we're thankful for his promise to be available for "consultations" from time to time!
NACCC Lay Ministry Program
We have celebrated and graduated our final cohort through the WCA Lay Ministry Training Program and are now actively working through the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches Lay Ministry Program. You can access information here.
The NACCC Lay Ministry Program is modeled after the WCA program with the added component of being virtual. Check it out!

GREETINGS IN CHRIST
Autonomous churches seeking the fellowship, support, and programs of "like-called" congregations have, since 1968, found local relationships within the Wisconsin Congregational Association.
While most of the member churches are indeed from Wisconsin, there are also member churches in Upper Michigan and Illinois. The churches of the WCA follow the historic faith and organizational pattern of the Congregational Way. Membership in the Wisconsin Congregational Association is open to any church that shares the faith and polity convictions of the association and accepts the association Covenant.
STATEMENT OF OUR ASSOCIATION COVENANT
We covenant with the Lord and with one another in striving to know the will of God as taught in the Holy Scriptures, and in our purpose to walk in the ways of the Lord, known or to be made known to us and to be free from the will of humanity for the purpose of becoming perfectly subject to the will of God. We voluntarily associate ourselves together for faith, freedom, and fellowship, with Jesus Christ as our only Head. We affirm and maintain the freedom of individual conscience as enlightened by the Holy Spirit, our only interpreter of the Word of God. We also claim that each Church shall be free, independent, and forever devoid of any and all control by the Association.
